Primary Responsibility
- Managing Vendor database including all legal documentations- Work with AML team to ensure all vendors who engage with PLAI is passed AML screening- Managing Vendor due diligence as part of Audit requirement ensuring that : - No Conflict of interest between Tender participants- No COI with PLAI related parties- This includes managing database as an audit’s evidence- Contract Management including: - Managing Contract Database (manually) MSA and its SOW- Create Contract reporting & tracking (draft until issuance)- Contract admin & printing- Contract coordination, bridging between Vendor and Buyer- Updating Vendor supplier data

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree- Has minimum 3 years working experience in financial industry and/or other Multinational company- Has minimum 1-2 years experiences in performing Vendor management and/or Contract management- Good in Microsoft Office Program, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc- Able to work in multiple tasking environment, be proactive and encourage creativity- Ability to manage Stakeholder and management expectation- Good administration skills- Good communication both in Bahasa and English
