Primary Responsibility
Job Purpose/Objective:
The Human Resources Admin will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and effective Human Resources Shared Services. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that key objectives, relating to Human Resources Shared Service are achieved. He/she will also liaise with the various departments, to which they are linked, to ensure that the service provided meets their needs
He/she will be expected to work in collaboration with colleagues within the section to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service. He/she will also work closely with other members of the Corporate Human Resources Team, contributing to development of a range of initiatives and achievements of objectives
Scope of Work:
- Recruitment, Curriculum Vitae, Arrange Interview and Exit Interview,Selection Process, Compensation and Benefit administrative, Employee Activities and industrial relation support

• Recruitment - Communication: Dealing with queries from candidates and employees (Staff – Senior Officer) - Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms and sending out confirmations - Recording relocation expenses, interview expenses and invoices on the relevant excel - Spreadsheets - Screening CV’s - When required, search CV database sites and social media channels for candidates and - Contact them regarding roles - Preparation new starter packs for new employee - Create a HR file for new joiners - Filing new hire documentation• Compensation & Benefits - Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses - Support C&B for administration E.g Invoice or filing• Employee Activity and Industrial Relation - Support administration. E.g reference letter and passed probation for employee - Support internal Employee Activities - Support Industrial Relation Document• Other ad-hoc duties as required
Education and Other Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent• Minimum 1 years working experiences in HR area prefer from international companies• Have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing• Display positive attitude and strong in facilitation skills• Good command of English and reading, writing and listening skills• Computer literate
