Primary Responsibility
- Conduct and implement training on employee and sales force training in accordance with the road map, trainers guide, and a rundown in BIS and trainings that are incidental and maintain the highest standards to support the achievement of corporate goals
- Delivering training conducive, effective and efficient
- Create, develop, and update training materials in accordance with the development and needs
- Complete and submit Form Weekly Activity Plan (FRAM) as plan activities and activities that have been done to the Unit Manager
- Develop and update the training methods in accordance with the development and needs
- To motivate the trainees to further improve the performance of the concept KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, Habit) in accordance with the training provided
- Coordinate with existing units in BNI Insurance School and all divisions in BNI Life in the organization of training
- Prepare accurate report after each training
- Monitor the trend of competitors and industry training and study to ensure that our training program is the best to the needs of the enterprise environment
- Continually doing personal development by always updating knowledge, abilities, attending regular meetings, conduct face to face meetings with the head unit / section leader, personal development planning, to enhance the competencies needed to achieve its targets

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field
- At least 3 year s)of working experience as a Trainer (Mandatory) or in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Training or equivalent
- Good Communication skill
- Representative and Good Looking
