Primary Responsibility
• Conduct and implement training on employee and sales force training in accordance with the road map, trainers guide, and a rundown in BIS and trainings that are incidental and maintain the highest standards to support the achievement of corporate goals.• Delivering training conducive, effective and efficient.• Create, develop, and update training materials in accordance with the development and needs.• Complete and submit Form Weekly Activity Plan (FRAM) as plan activities and activities that have been done to the Unit Manager.• Develop and update the training methods in accordance with the development and needs.• To motivate the trainees to further improve the performance of the concept KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, Habit) in accordance with the training provided.• Coordinate with existing units in BNI Insurance School and all divisions in BNI Life in the organization of training.• Prepare accurate report after each training.• Monitor the trend of competitors and industry training and study to ensure that our training program is the best to the needs of the enterprise environment.• Continually doing personal development by always updating knowledge, abilities, attending regular meetings, conduct face to face meetings with the head unit / section leader, personal development planning, to enhance the competencies needed to achieve its targets.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.• At least 3 year s)of working experience as a Trainer (Mandatory) or in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Training or equivalent.• Good Communication skill.• Representative and Good Looking.• Full-Time positions available.
