Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for managing and developing human resources (including planning, implementation and supervision).• Create and review employee employment contracts (PKWT) as well as conduct performance appraisal (PA).• Supervise the implementation of corporate governance and corporate security.• Communicate to third parties related to company operations.• Create HR procedures such as SOP program, job description, training and development.• Perform the procurement process of all equipment needs work quickly, accurately / qualified and in accordance with MPP.• Understand licensing issues related to factory operations and can establish good relations (diplomacy) with government.• Common to handle GA (general) issues such as security, cleaning, outsoursing, reception, driver and CSR.• Coordinate with other departments, make monthly reports, monthly work targets and present work to management.

• Age maximum 35 years old.• At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and Law.• Have good leadership skills.• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.• Understand the laws and regulations of employment.• Understand the process of recruitment and training of employees.• Understand the process of payroll calculation.• Understand the management of BPJS• Able to perform functions as HR Generalist.• Able and understand the work function of General Affairs.• Have attitude relation and good communication.• Mastering computer (Ms. Office and Visio).
