Primary Responsibility
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete• Provide assistance as well as executing users request• Monitoring and updates IT inventory and supplies as routine task• Ensure LAN network connection in optimum performance and minimal downtime

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Information Technology, Information System, or relevant studies• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Helpdesk Officer/Technical Support, or similar position• Have a good attitude, self motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision• Showing a good interest, high passionate about learning new things and its related technology• Good analytical and problem solving skills• Full-Time position available• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply Technical Skill Requirements • Proficiency in software and hardware installation and troubleshooting• Strong knowledge about concepts of client server and network• Having good experience on File Sharing, Mail Client, Antivirus, Internet Browser, RDP• Familiar with Cable Dressing/Rules/Crimping, network devices and tools• Having knowledge about Virtualization and Linux• Having CCNA, JNCIA, MCSA, MTCNA, CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus
