Primary Responsibility
- Strategically plan, organize and manage logistics process including export/import shipment process, arrange transportation routes (including drivers schedule) to receive and send goods to/from outstations/bazaar events/boutiques and counters.- Set stocking of goods in the warehouse to ensure it been arranged neatly, and ensure the warehouse’s standard of cleanliness.- Coordinate schedule of internal quality control checks before shipment of goods.- Do quality control check to ensure goods received from supplier has met the company’s standards - Resolve and report on all discrepancies promptly to related peers and superiors manage to find solution and preventive care to minimize risk of lost.- Plan/schedule, execute and report on all physical inventories (stock take)- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.- Review, create, making decision of policies or procedures of logistic activities and ensure its implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues in a good manner with regards of quality and delivery time within budget requirements and company’s operational standards.- Keep accurate data and organize documentation of logistic and warehouse activities.- Manage logistic division team do training and people development.- If needed, recommend new transportation/logistic vendor(s) to find alternative optimal and cost transport mode, and negotiate rates and contract

Qualification
- Bachelor degree from any major, with min. GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)- Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position, or minimum 4 years experiences as Logistic or Operation Supervisor- Good in computer literacy- Proficient in maintaining, and logistic process and delivery system.- Deep understanding of key inventory reports which monitor and control inventory data inaccuracy or shrinkage- Experienced in analyzing and optimizing operational processes to minimize labor and maximize productivity/efficiency- Excellent analytical skill, problem solving skill and able to making decisions- Accuracy and a strong attention to detail.- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, ability to build professional relationships.- Ability to work in a changing, dynamic workplace.- Good time management and leadership skill
