Primary Responsibility
- Utilize available resources to maximize sales effectiveness (product specialists, factory support, market intelligence, project tracking websites, etc.)
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge
- Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Regional VP of Sales
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
- Coordinate with Corporate to develop successful strategies for acquisition of new EPC customers and end users
- Communicate and work with Business Development Manager to ensure company portfolios are specified in core markets at key end users
- Interact with all levels of target EPC customers (sales, engineering, project management, executive management, etc.)
- Ensures task are completed and company objectives met
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations
- Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information in a clear and concise manner

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Knowledge of project work and EPC structure require
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required
- More than 5 years technical selling experience. Solid experience to do sales to government / BUMN projects
- Industrial plant experience a plus
- Industry knowledge (pressure instrumentation, industrial automation, process control, etc.) required, product knowledge a plus
- Assertive team player with positive attitude, high energy level
- Strong problem solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales. Fluent in English is a must
