Primary Responsibility
- Directs, manages, monitors and maintains control of all aspects of campus operations. Accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the university
- Identify markets for programs and opportunities growth, organize and promote institution to new students, specifically high school students
- Leading the Marketing and sales team in order to grow the business and driving the revenues
- In charge for all operational division : Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, IT, Operational, Management, HR, etc
- Performs other duties that will assist in promoting the university within the community
- Provides routine/timely operational reports to appropriate university executives
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 15 year of working experience in the related field such as Education, College, Institute, Language Training Centre
- Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent with deep knowlegde in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
- Skills: proven ability to manage, direct, control, implement and monitor all aspects of university operations, Drive and hunger to achieve results, Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and start-up experience will be a plus
- Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines
- Experienced to lead a team and managing projects, able to assess complex situations and solution maker also involved in managing P&L of a set up/market
