Primary Responsibility
- Doing survey salary and give advice about the salary structure, increment salary, etc
- Doing salary survey in competitor’s company, analyze their compensation and benefit package and compare with their own compensation benefit package
- Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Administer the organization’s benefits programs, which include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies, such as health, life, and disability insurance
- Research compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure the organization’s offerings are current, cost effective, and competitive
- Evaluate positions by writing or assigning job descriptions, determining position classifications, and preparing salary scales.
- Ensure that the organization’s pay practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations, such as workers’ compensation, minimum wage, overtime, and equal pay laws
- Research and analyze the cost of different pay-for-performance strategies, which offer rewards such as bonuses, paid leave, and other incentives

Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 10 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Expertise In Compensation And Benefit duties with experienced in HR Consulting, Management Consulting or Salary Survey company services
