Primary Responsibility
- Doing survey salary by coordinating with all HR manager on each factory and give advice about the salary structure, increment salary, etc
- Doing salary survey in competitor’s company, analyze their compensation and benefit package and compare with their own compensation benefit package
- Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
- Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Administer the organization’s benefits programs, which include retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies, such as health, life, and disability insurance
- Research compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure the organization’s offerings are current, cost effective, and competitive
- Evaluate positions by writing or assigning job descriptions, determining position classifications, and preparing salary scales
- Ensure that the organization’s pay practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations, such as workers’ compensation, minimum wage, overtime, and equal pay laws
- Research and analyze the cost of different pay-for-performance strategies, which offer rewards such as bonuses, paid leave, and other incentives
- Involved in Organization Development function, such as: Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of a company
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Experienced with HR Consultant industry speciality in managing Compensation and Benefit function
- Additional skills in Organizational Development function would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
- Explore resources for employment and wages by state and area for compensation, benefits, and job analysis specialists
- Frequently monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends to ensure the programs are current, legal, and competitive
