Primary Responsibility
- Formulate and implement aggressive marketing plan to achieve yearly sales target (KPI: sales value to Indonesia and niche products sold or specified in Indonesia)
- Approach, promote, attend and specify our products to owners, developers, architects, designers, consultants, contractors and any relevant stakeholders
- Prepare proposals to capture and fulfill different clientele requirements/ project technical specifications, proposing solutions, in accurate and timely manner
- Work closely with system partners to develop roofing and wall systems. (KPI: No of system developed with system partners)
- Work closely with system partners to specify products into projects
- Identify opportunities to strengthen current distribution network and work closely with distributors to deepen market penetration. (KPI: Number of new distributor accounts opened in new geographical markets)
- Collect and share market intelligence of Indonesian market including but not limited to market size, competitors and market players
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor degree in architecture, civil, mechanical or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the building material such as escalator/lift, plumbing, roofing and wall system
- Experience in construction project process and dealing with contractors, architects, owners, developers, consultant and any relevant stakeholders
- Achieve the sales target and market share
- Having desired sales characteristic such as aggressive, initiative, pro active, independent, good management and coordination skill and great communication and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
- Willing to work home based
