- Building team to achieve sales target and operation target, and making improvement in delivering the targets
- Manage an account managers team. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in pipeline and the sales organization planning efforts
- Conducts one-on-one review with all account managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvment of Account Manager and activity performance
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Implement operation policies, procedures an other aspect of operation
- Responsible for reporting to Senior Sales Manager
