Primary Responsibility
- Planning: Prepares yearly sales/turnover forecasts in corporation with Sales Offices (SO) and Delegate Offices (DO) for the delegated customers/countries/products
- Strategy Development/Concepts: Collects market data for the markets within his/her area of responsibility and evaluates these data
- Customers' Acquisition: Identify any Opportunity (potential market / target customers) together with Sales Office (SO) or Delegate Office (DO) including Agent and Distributor in the specific country or region, learn & understand the customer's requirements, work out and implement a specific Action Plan to acquire the potential customers, promote and present our solutions to the customer, check / monitor the development progress of each action according to the agreed timeline and follow up / rectify any deviation with the responsible person until closing
- Sales Management: Checks possibilities for the realization of requests/wishes from customers
- Customer Care: Regularly conducts customer visits and discussions, in order to get information or to discuss customers’ wishes, questions, contracts, delivery and sales conditions, etc. for series of products or special orders
- Performs other duties as assigned

- University degree
- 5 - 7 years experience in export sales development
- Excellent command of English (writing and conversation) and Mandarin will be a plus
- Experience working in pharma packaging, medical equipment or pharma industry, as sales in a manufacturing environment (B to B)
- Managerial skills of people / agents
