Primary Responsibility
- Handle and manage recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and health-safety environment
- Handle strategy for career development, efficient & effective work condition, personal problems, labor union and industrial matters
- Develop standard operating procedure, company regulation, and structure organization
- Develop and implement key performance indicator and balance scorecard
- Appraise employee performance
- Maintain company facilities, asset management, and office supplies
Qualification
Qualification
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Having at least 7 years experiences in human resource area with minimum 3 years experiences in managerial level (experienced in manufacture industry is preferable)
- Expert with recruitment, organizational development, talent management, industrial relation, general service, training and people development, and employee relation
- Strong or having good knowledge about labor regulation
- Bachelor degree in human resource management / psychology / law or equivalent from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 300
- Responsible, strong analytical thinking, good communication and leadership skill
- Good computer skill
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta and Purwakarta
