Primary Responsibility
• Proactive support in managing and resolving routine and complex emails, phone and mail enquiries• Organize and maintain Director's daily schedule and appointment, handle all business travelling included ticket, hotel, pasport, visas, claims and other accommodation arrangement• Take and distribute minutes of meeting, maintain records or prepare all needs for meeting• Provide administrative support, control and coordination, resumes preparation, analysis and to ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments including top confidential matter• Well organize and maintain office filling system• To perform other related duties as required

Qualification
• Maximum 45 years old, with good performance and appearance, independent and good personality• Having a strong communication skill and customer service orientation• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent• Proficient in English, preferably fluent in Mandarin as well• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Willing to work in extra hours, with tight deadline, accurately, responsibily and under pressure• Computer literate (internet, msword, excel, power point)• Applicants must domicile in Surabaya• Can join soonest
