Primary Responsibility
• Complete all procedure for recruitment from reviewing Man Requisition Form, arrange interview between candidate and user, check candidate file, pre interview• the candidate, discuss interview result with user, salary negotiation until candidate placement• Perform any task related with recruitment function together with user, monitor vacant position, identify appropriate media to publish vacancy information, work together with third party to look for suitable candidate• Prepare all recruitment administration such as, application form, interview result form, health history, salary offering form, work agreement, pledge of loyalty and ECN• Inform new employee regarding company history, company regulation, benefit, salary payment, employees right and obligation, job description, etc• Perform orientation for new employee and exit interview for employee that resign• Prepare monthly report related to personnel matters, such as headcount status, new employee, resigned employee, employee transfer, training, employee• status, day off, absence , etc• Update employee database and file

• Applicants should be minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology or others from reputable university (local or overseas)• With minimum of 5 years of experiences in the field of Recruitment• Understand the business orientation and Organizations• Have good communication skills to be able to interact with all levels• Computer literate• Able to work in under pressure situation• Good command in English, both speaking and writing• Preferable has experienced at well-known construction company• Full-Time position(s) available
