Company Introduction
Swiss German University (SGU) was established in 2000 as the first international university with a dual academic license recognized as a university under Indonesian law. The license was issued by the National Ministry of Education (DIKNAS). SGU was formed through a joint effort between Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria with the objective of bringing a strong international focus to and promoting knowledge and technology in the higher education system od indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Establish the SPMI (Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Interal)
Audit the implementation of the SPMI
Coordinate the preparation of the Study Program’s Accreditation.
Coordinate the preparation of the university’s Accreditation.
Maintain the legal license and each study program.
Maintain the relationship with the DIKTI, KOPERTIS and BAN-PT.
Conduct a student satisfaction survey, lecturer assessment and staff survey
Coordinate the making of University’s annual report.
Support the Rector in making of the Strategic Planning.
Monitor the implementation the Strategic Planning.
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Having minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance system, training and report quality assessment by external parties
Strong leadership, good communication, creative and able to work both individually and as part of a team
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
Familiar and understand computer skill (Ms. Windows and Linux)
