Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for providing assistance to the CEO with highly professional secretarial support using considerable independent judgments in making decisions
- Prepare correspondence by compiling, typing and proof reading memoranda, letters and reports
- Responsible to all correspondence and communication with related business
- Preparing presentation and reports
- Coordinates logistics needs for business trip, meeting schedules, video and teleconferences
- Maintain and upkeep internal contacts within department

- Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Advance computer skill (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- A customer oriented person and good in dealing with administration job
- Excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills
