Primary Responsibility
• Manage end to end recruitment and selection process (posting job advertisement, screening, interviewing, conducting psychological tests administration)• Manage training process• Responsible for monthly report to Division Head

Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Skill : Psychological testing and administration• Resourceful, well organized and detailed oriented• Good analytical thinking and communication skill• Able to work under pressure and on target bases• Able to speak Mandarin is plus point• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
