- Managing office layout and maintenance- Ensuring office service is well managed:- Operasional car- Office equipment- Housekeeping and service- Security of office area- Electrical and telecommunication usage- Ensuring the company’s event / activities are run managed
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, (preferably from Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering) with 3 -5 years experience- Good analytical skills with attention to detail- Good interpersonal communication skill- Could work in teamwork- Fluent in English, both verbal and written- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
