Create the strategic plans in medium term and long term for HR & GA Department in Corporate as well as the budget plan
Supervise the subordinates to prepare short term in Individual Performance Plan (IPP), Man Power Plan (MPP), developing human resources, activity plan and compose the budget
Develop and review Human Resource systems in administration, payroll, and benefit, recruiting, and solving the employees’ problems
Review employees’ contracts, employees’ probations, and salary and benefit increment per semester
Develop and review systems and policy management of General Affair, including Asset Management, Office Management, Transportation and Vendor Management (related with GA department)
Review and analyze overtime for all employees
Develop and manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for all Human resource process
Maintain good relationship with all departments as well as external parties
Monitor, review and responsible for HR & GA department performance in every week and month
Responsibility Benefit & Compensation, such as: Payroll, Overtime, Health Insurance, Jamsostek, BPJS
Minimum bachelor degree in psychology, law, economic or related disciplines
Having minimum 5 years working experience in HR & GA department, in managerial level
MUST be familiar to have good relationship with government, outsourcing or external related departments
Familiar with working 500 employees
Familiar with KPIs, Job Evaluation, SOP, Competency-Based & ISO 190011
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Having excellent leadership, coaching, planning and organizing skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Semanan-Kalideres
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
