Primary Responsibility
• Maintain Payroll record for all employees• Responsible for contract for employee (Probation, Resignation etc)• Familiar to using HRIS, SIPP system for BPJS, e-SPT for tax reporting• Maintain employee attendance, sick, leave and other absences• Ability to mobile & handle administration in BPJS, Tax Office and Bank• Having knowledge in insurance and medical check up procedure is preferable• Experience in factory office background is preferable• Good knowledge of government regulation & HR working Process• Detail oriented individual & good communication skill• Advance in using MsExcel• Ability to handle recruitment process and familiar to trainings• Knowing scope jobs in HR-GA• Support

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or any relevant major• Having minimum 2 years working experiences in the related field is required for this position• Able to work independently as well as working as a team• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, integrity & interpersonal skill PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English• Knowing scope jobs in HR-GA• Support recruitment and training• Dynamic & active, working with deadline & high mobility• Willingness to active learning and continuous improvement mindset• Communication & good administration skill for all GA matter• Have experience in ISO & OHSAS will be an advantages
