GrabTaxi is an automated smartphone based booking and dispatch platform for the taxi industry in the Indonesia. We aim to introduce simple, cost effective mobile-based technology to both the taxi company and passenger sides of the distribution chain. We believe our solution will also bring significant improvements to Indonesia’s national productivity through improved taxi allocations, and thus public transportation efficiencies
Primary Responsibility
1. Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
2. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Account manage at least 20-25 accounts (5000 employees based on average of 250 active employees/co)
4. Understand company requirements and prepare necessary codes
5. On boarding - ensure employees understand how to use
6. Facilitate / upsell more promo codes
7. Managing clients requests/complaints/feedback
8. KPIs - Rides generated by corporates, timely renewals and client satisfaction score (every half a year minimally)
