- Responsible to recruitment process from A to Z (job placement, screening, interviewing, testing, selecting)- Responsible to conduct hiring program (campus hiring, walk in interview, job fair, employer branding)- Responsible to monitor man power fullfillment rate

- Bachelor degree from Psychology (Certified profession will be honored)- Experience as high potensial recruiter at consumer good industry minimum 1 years- Understand and able to conduct Psychological Test- Understand and able to conduct Behavior Event Interview- Having good communication and attractive- Having good administration skill and computer literate
