Primary Responsibility
- Manages and control Human Resource in store operation
- Manages, create and work closely with related institution in term of of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Carries out responsible in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefit, organizational develpment, and employment
Qualification
Qualification
- Preferably has experience in HR Operation/HR Business Partner
- Hold bachelor degree from Law, Psychology or Human Resources Maangement
- Having similar background experience in retail industry will be beneficial
- Having experience in HR Industrial Relation
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good knowledge and having relationship regarding rules regulations of government labor
- Experience handling labor union
- Able to create module training, deliver training and has coaching skill
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Excellent leadership skill
- Having good interpersonal skill and human relation skill
- Fast learner, taking initiative and communicative person
- Self-confident, well adapted and mature
