Primary Responsibility
- Doing activities related with training module development
- Conducting training activities and training diffusion to managements and staffs according to company policy
- Writing and developing training manual according to requirements, also elaborating training master and training agenda
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in related major
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Job role in Training is a must
- Willing to travel
- Excellent personal and communication skill
