Primary Responsibility
- Gather important Human Resources related data and compile it into reports shareholders for departmental managers needs
- Translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes
- Managing all HR event/project matter from scratch until completed
- Prepares Human Resources related reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Management, or any other relevant major
- Having at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or marketing commnucation on event specialist is required for this position
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skill
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent skill in English both written and spoken
- The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Persistency, easy-going person, team work player, flexible person, good with numerical task and high interest on detail orientation
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
