Primary Responsibility
- Process new orders and following up- Handle customer complaints and requests- Find new customers- Evaluate and improve incoming orders- Suggest and do action with regards to operational activities, from receipt of order up to the shipment- Solve the technical problems faced by Customers and prevent any operational impact due to our products- Provide a regular feedback and to be pro-active with regards to Customers’ needs in terms of support and sales- Provide daily report to supervisor/manager-in-charge

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree, any major and faculties- English literate- Detail oriented with excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Excel, Word, Adobe and Power Point)- Good attitude towards team-oriented- Good interpersonal and strong communication skill- TOEFL/IELTS score submission will be an advantage- Knowledge of export and import will be an advantage- Willing to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
