Primary Responsibility
Coordinate & support project portfolio to ensure delivery of all activities within agreed constraints of time and quality; Provide regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis; Coordinate overall resource allocation, capacity, health; Manage project work products, documentation, and tools
IT Portfolio Management: Support the delivery of portfolio to ensure they meet agreed time and quality requirements & ensure project phase gate requirements fulfilled
Project Management: Liaise with stakeholders responsible for delivery of the projects and ensure that the activities, issues and risks are tracked and escalated
Reporting: Responsible for the end-to-end portfolio reporting process to ensure that information is accurate and timely for executive decisioning
Business Process & Analysis: Support management in providing regular or ad-hoc reports/analysis
Resource Management: Review unconstrained demand against resource pool and identify existing resources then allocate them to right activities
Framework & Methodology: Responsible for management of all project work products, documentation & maintenance of project management tool

What will you need to be successful in this role?
2-4 years of experience, in/with:
Area: Project Management, Program Management, Business Analysis
Skill: Project Management, Experience of managing multiple and complex projects to quality, time and budget; Exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects; Strong analytical and planning skills
