- Assisting member/customer with bookings
- Handling member/customers, queries, payments & requests
- Answering member's calls & email in a timely/efficient manner
- Handling members issues/complaints logically & effectively
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Required skill(s): fluent english-writen & spoken, customer service experience, computer skills / knowlegde, pleasant phone manner, ability to work in a team environment
- Preferably based in Bali
