Primary Responsibility
- Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy- Coach the creative and web teams and monitor performance and workflow efficiency- Enthusiasm for the role, and eager to take on difficult challenges- Solid interpersonal communication skills- Team Work and Collaboration – Collaborate constructively by sharing knowledge, experience and information to reach consensus and organizational goals – includes showing respect and confidence within the team- Delivering Results – Consistently delivering on commitments, striving to make improvements Follow a structured approach to deliver quality results on time- Embracing Change – Accepting dynamic and changing situations as a challenge and navigating them by being flexible, adapting to ambiguous circumstances

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies ( Adobe )- Highly proficient in all design aspects- Professionalism regarding timelines, costs and deadlines
