Primary Responsibility
• Design and implement recruiting strategy for fresh graduated hiring (Trainee Program)• Source and attract candidates by using job portal, databases, social media etc• Builds networks to find qualified candidates through college channeling program (campus hiring, campus community, etc)• Screening candidates resumes and job applications• Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule• Provide analytical and well documented reports

• Maximum 27 years old• Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ HR Management or any major education background• Minimum 1 years experiences as recruiter/ talent acquisition• Having experience in Consultant/ Head Hunter/IT services is a plus• Good communication & interpersonal skills• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems• Positive approach to work, with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude• Energic and ability to work as part of a team• High persistency and self driven towards result• Good English skill is a plus• Ready to travel and high mobility activities• Can join immediately is preferable
