Primary Responsibility
• Execute various programmes and activities to promote the objectives of association (PAKINDO) as decided by the Board• Manage memberships and services to members, including receiving and following up on the application of new members, as well as collecting the membership fees• Prepare annual plan, programme of activities and the budget for consideration by the Board before the commencement of the financial year• Represent PAKINDO and be responsible for the correspondence of the organization;• Under authority from Board, to be a signatory for all official and legal documents, as may be necessary• Under directions from the Board, to frame financial, administrative and human resource policies and procedures for the Association• General oversight and management of PAKINDO’s affairs including assisting the Board in all the work of the Association that fulfill the objectives of PAKINDO• Keeping records of the proceedings of the meetings of the Board and of the General Body• Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory matters of the Association• Ensure the maintenance of regular accounts, preparation of annual statements of accounts and submitting the same to the Board and General Body• Submit financial records related to and required by authorities to fulfill statutory obligations• Correspond for and on behalf of and having custody of records, files, and books of account of PAKINDO• Prepare the annual report and submitting it to the Board• Publish bulletins, magazines, monographs, periodicals, and other literature in order to achieve the objectives of PAKINDO• Act as the spokesperson of PAKINDO along with the Chairman and any other person(s) appointed by the Board

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any major• Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years in financial sector• Preferably has knowledge in Indonesian financial sector regulations, particularly in microfinance• Excellent time, project management and organizational skill• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skill and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented• Fluent in Indonesian, both oral and written• Good English, both oral and written• Good writing skills to write concept notes, minutes, proposals and reports• Extensive networking in the Indonesian financial sector is preferred• Willing to travel
