Primary Responsibility
• Create employee fulfillment strategy for Branches in Centra Java• Recruit employees for Branches using appropriate recruitment tools• Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures• Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training• Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job• Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard• Prepare and maintain training budget• Liaise with external training provider for special training• Develop motivational program for employees• Develop internal communication media for employees
Qualification
Qualification
• Minimum S1 from any discipline• 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred• Fluent in written and spoken English• Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training• Have experience in recruiting staffs and able to use appropriate recruitment tools• Excellent computer skill• Willing to travel• Willing to be relocated in Purwokerto, Cilacap, Kebumen & others location in Central Java
