Primary Responsibility
• Create employee fulfillment strategy for Branches • Evaluate and analysis the most effective recruitment channels for Branches • Prepare and control recruitment budget • Prepare and design advertisement for recruitment • Recruit employees for Branches using appropriate recruitment tools • Evaluate, update and maintain recruitment tools and recruitment policy periodically • Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training • Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job • Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard • Prepare and maintain training budget • Liaise with external training provider for special training • Develop motivational program for employees • Develop internal communication media for employees

Qualification
• Minimum S1 from any discipline • 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred • Have experiences in recruiting staff and able to use recruitment tools • Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training • Excellent computer skill • Fluent in written and spoken English • Posses good interpersonal skills and leadership skills • Willing to travel • Willing to be relocated in Sulawesi Selatan
