Primary Responsibility
- Maintains a comprehensive filling system
- Assists department team in meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects
- Makes travel arrangements for the team as well as prepares all sort of department reimbursement forms
- Prepares travel and expenses claims with accuracy and proper authorized signatures
- Organizes and schedules meetings, including contacting all related participants, booking meeting places and other arrangements
- Maintains inventory of office supplies
- Responds to clients needs via email, phone and mail including responding on behalf of marketing department
- Completes all works and other duties as required by department members
- Reconciles unresolved issues and any outstanding information with other departments
Qualification
Qualification
- Computer Literate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling applications using MS Office
- Experience tracking and monitoring tasks
- Highly flexible to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and oral communication skills
- A degree from reputable secretarial academy
- Two or Three years experience in Office Administration
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Attractive and representative appearance
- Accept to work longer hours
