Primary Responsibility
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Manage the registration process, ensure availability of properly trained staff and productive utilization of their capacity
- Ensure timely processing of all customer applications, activation of the contracts, logging, tracking, escalation and resolution of critical mistakes in cooperation with Sales and Antifraud
- Constantly assess the performance of the process and ensure the process description is up to date and process performend accordingly
- Organize and chair the Weekly error meetings with Sales and Antifraud
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Motivate team to perform and excel
- Train, coach and share experience with subordinates
- Assess team members peformance and address any pefromance or productivity issues through feedback and development sessions
Qualification
Qualification
- University degree, preferred in Management Major
- Advanced English communication
- Expert MS Excel knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SLA set up
- Experience with desiging process flows/maps
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or KAIZEN (Nice to have)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills
