Primary Responsibility
- Become knowledge holder of selected end to end processes
- Execute quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results
- Provide clear and timely feedback to the officers and address all identified issues with relevant supervisor
- Cooperate with Trainers to design re-fresher trainings or address gaps in process knowledge or lack of soft skills or system tools knowledge to perform the process with desired quality
Qualification
Qualification
- University degree (preferred in Business, Communication or Engineering)
- Previous experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company (1 year+)
- Basic English communication
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Process oriented
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Coaching skills
- Team player as well as able to work independently
- Confident to present negative issues in a neutral manner
