Primary Responsibility
- Support Customer Research Specialist and Customer Insights Manager in understanding and clarified the aim and objectives of research briefs including Document research formats (draft questionnaires)
- Support research specialist to reviews respondents criteria for intended survey (demographic profiles) to ensure it will match with targetted audience to get relevant results
- Administer online tools for respondents feedback (eg SurveyMonkey, Jakpat and others)
- Conduct survey through relevant tools (ie telephone, survey monkey, face to face) and provide summary of the interviews should it is in a form of face to face interview in Bahasa and English language to provide the result to direct superior for further analysis
- Participate and support research specialist in managing Focus groups, in internal as well as external
Qualification
Qualification
- University degree or diploma degree from any major
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Good verbal and written english
- 1 year working experience, preferably with Computer Assissted Telephone Interviews (CATI), face 2 face interviews, online respondent tools usage or other related experience in Customer research field
