Primary Responsibility
- Coordinate with DSM or CM on Sales Hiring based on SA to POS Ratio and Sales Network Needs to achieve ideal Sales Network Size- Hiring SA with specific type that already been defined and agreed based on Network needs and as standard type for Home Credit Indonesia- Coordinate with Sales Trainer and Sales QA for Ideal SA profile and Ideal Quality on the Network that meet Requirement- Develop new sourcing for continues recruitment for Sales Network and utilizing all channel for recruitment to achieve continues recruitment process- Conduct field training for sales network, including pre and post test to ensure compliance or understanding on process, procedures, regulation and product knowledge to support the achievement of sales KPI- Monitor sales performance, quality, and FSPD30 numbers and coordinate with sales network, sales QA, and Risk trainer to maintain or increase the performance in the sales network to support the achievement of sales KPI- Monitor EL access rate and coordinate with sales network to maintain or increase it to ensure development of SAs is meeting the standard to support the achievement of sales KPI

- Experience in Sales Area or training Area- Good Knowledge on MS Office (Especialy Power Point)- Basic English- Experience on Sales Area or Agency or Outsourcing- Experience in Mass Hiring or Sales Hiring with Fast Pace- Excellent Communication skills- Excellent Presentation Skills- People oriented- High Self Confidence- Self Motivated and Target oriented- Flexible
