Primary Responsibility
- Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM Sales processes to increase the positive customer experience, customer satisfaction and operations effectivity- Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives and pilot activities in CRM Area to ensure it executed properly and in timely manner- Handle project management within CRM and ensure the project is executed properly, align with business needs and in timely manner- Prepares business requirement in order to do process optimization within CRM and responsibility- Coordinate with other departments to make description and documentation of key processes and flows (data flows, communication flows, offer strategy) to ensure every idea, flows and process is executed and translated thoroughly and accurately- Prepares report tracking and improvement management- Develop and update CRM Procedure and Policy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks

- Min.University Degree- Working experience more than 5 years in CRM, Sales or Marketing- Knowledge of financial institution operation or sales operation- English (communication level)- Understand how to get from data and numbers information for decision supporting functions- SQL basic level- Basic Project and Process Management- Business requirement knowledge- Strong IT Knowledge
