Primary Responsibility
• Invent and prepare suitable strategy how use digital channels• To manage and develop Digital channels (Mobile Application, Web Application, Social Networks, Mailing systems)• Responsibility for development and enhancement in digital channel usage (e-mail, mobile, web, social)• Digital channel competitive analysis and new trend monitoring• Digital channel reporting and analysis design• Defining and managing digital channel process and development• Define and manage customer path analysis in digital area and provide results to CRM team• IT Specification management (IT lifecycle responsibility – analysis, specification, development, testing management)• Responsibility for digital channel penetration in customer base and usage attractiveness development• Monitoring of efficiency of digital channels and processes• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points• Collaborate with and manage vendor partners• Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualification
• University degree – Marketing, Computer technology, Network Technology, Mobile Networks• Working experiencemore than 2 years years on Mobile application development, Digital Marketing and Social Networks (not advertisement), Mobile technologies or Mobile Networks/Devices (primary in development area)• Experience in field of Mobile and Web applications (design/development/project leadership), Business specification, Process management and Digital Marketing is beneficial.• Basic knowledge about SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, iTunes Connect,• English (communication level)• New technologies (E-Mail, Mobile applications, Social Networks) and current trends in this area• Customer life cycle management in digital area
