Primary Responsibility
• To be key IT analyst and support for core back-office and front-office applications.• To understand business processes (preferable from consumer finance or banking business), to talk to business representatives.• To describe new business requirement and improvements.• To perform 2nd and 3rd level application support.• Investigate bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior.• Track and monitor system issues.• Provide application support for business users and internal customers.• Perform software tests.• To cooperate with our international SW provider.• To create, prepare, and maintain system documentation.• Take care of system localization
Qualification
Qualification
• Fluent English, written and spoken.• University degree.• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position - IT/business analyst, 2nd or 3rd level of application support.• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.• Analytical mind which is able to process information logically.• Problem solver - ability to identify, track and solve issue.• SQL knowledge is a big plus.• Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software.• Attention to details
