Primary Responsibility
• Perform payroll processing and other related tasks including, but not limited to processing payroll related legal documents, maintenance of payroll information, and accurate and timely reporting of payroll data.• Acts as a subject matter expert and/or resource to others in the area of payroll processing.• Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems and makes necessary adjustments of a non-routine nature.• Implement defined departmental procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regards to policy, regulation and assist in preparing required documentation for annual compliance audit.• Provide input to identify and implement process improvements within area of payroll.• Develop and maintain payroll audit trail, documentation, communication andprocedures.• Reconcile payroll data monthly/quarterly/annually, including but not limited to BPJS reports and other statutory reports.• Protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of payroll files.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, any field.• Required skill(s) Strong in excel, multitasking, detail oriented, well organized, Compensation And Benefits Administration.• Good knowledge of basic accounting practices and procedures, Proficient in evaluating and analyzing technical payroll activities.• Familiar with payroll principles, practices and procedures, Deep knowledge of manpower and tax laws, regulations and legislation.• Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia.• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in payroll area is required for this position.• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.• Full-Time position(s) available.
