Primary Responsibility
• Manage team to provide support for corporate legal matters including internal legal advices, contract drafting and review, corporate actions, maintaining and updating Company’s agreement template to ensure every process and activity is comply with prevailing law and in Company best interest, and supporting CX, Sales, Marketing and Strategy, IT, Finance, and CRM function and special transactions/projects• Review and provide legal advice on tender documents to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations• Drafting and review all contracts, vendor agreement or any other documentation where the Company has to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly• Maintaining and updating Company agreement template (Dealership Cooperation Agreement and Multipurpose Financing Agreement) to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations• Supporting CX, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance and CRM function and special transactions/projects to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations• Provides advice and assistance to all level of management to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations• Interpret legal opinion and legal information from notary, law consultant or government organization in handling case and agreement and applied properly to HCID business process • Perform legal research to related government body about special project in the Company to ensure the project is executed properly in Legal term• Report directly to Chief of Legal and Compliance Officer to be responsible of the scope of work

• Excellent understanding in law and regulatory compliance matters, particularly with respect to the prevailing laws and regulations relevant to non-bank financial institutions• Excellent legal drafting skills• Must possess effective leadership skills• Experience as an attorney in law firm• Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization• Proven track record of strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and people management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority• Experience in handling high volume of work and activities involving multiple and complex projects simultaneously• Ability to manage competing priorities• Problem solving skill• Attention to detail• Highly organized
