Primary Responsibility
• Maintain or assist in developing good relationship between employers and employees• Create company employee activity programs• Maintain and review the effectiveness of employee activity program• Provides advice and guidance to all levels of management regarding employee activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices• Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and retention• Execute socialization program of the Company Regulation, Policy and Procedure• Assist HR Services Manager in reviewing and updating Company Regulation• Execute on boarding process for new join employee
Qualification
Qualification
• Having Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university• Having minimum 3 years working experiences in the same fields for big scale company• Excellent negotiation skill• Excellent understanding, knowledge and skill related to employment laws and regulations at the labor law• Good English communications and drafting skills (writing and speaking)• High integrity, honest, good interpersonal skill, and able to work under short deadline
