Primary Responsibility
• Become knowledge holder of selected end to end processes• Execute quality checks and process controls on regular basis and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on Quality Assurance activities and audit results• Provide clear and timely feedback to the officers and address all identified issues with relevant supervisor• Cooperate with Trainers to design re-fresher trainings or address gaps in process knowledge or lack of soft skills or system tools knowledge to perform the process with desired quality

• University degree (preferred in Business, Communication or Engineering)• Previous experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, insurance company, call center provider or shared services company (1 year+)• Basic English communication• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Process oriented• Analytical and structured thinking• Fast learner• Good communication skills• Attention to detail• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills• Coaching skills• Team player as well as able to work independently• Confident to present negative issues in a neutral manner• Good presentation skills• Strong controller approach• Confident to present negative issues in a neutral manner
