Primary Responsibility
- Manage all office supply, stock inventory and services to ensure timely fulfillment of all staff and POS requests- Monitor regional office to ensure the cleanliness of the office- Oversee physical security of the building, distribute access cards and maintain accurate visitors log- Support City manager with all bookings, organization of visits and other administrative tasks and ensure everything is handled properly based on priority and in timely manner- Handle incoming, outgoing mail and fax, escalate and forward to Direct Superior so that every request and issue is handle properly- Provides reporting on all office services and supplies to Regional Fcility Team Leader and City manager to be used as a source of information about existing situation and process and future improvement- Responsibility for handling petty cash usage to cover any unexpected or immediate needs in regional city- Coordinate with Regional Facility Team Leader for maintenance and repairation work in the city- Monitor attendance and overtimes for outsourced staff and escalate the information to Facility Sr Manager as a source for determining and managing the outsourced staff performance- Assist Facility Sr Team Leader in monitoring and labeling all physical assets categorization, all asset transfer and refurbishment process to identify the value of asset and next action plan for physical asset in term of cost asset depresiation

- Maximum 31 years old- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field- Effective communication skills – written and verbal- Pleasant and enthusiastic personality- Administrative skills- Consistency, accuracy and attention to detail- Fast learner and Adaptable to changes- Able to multi-task- Focus on results and ability to deliver
