Primary Responsibility
Maintenance process of performance management to ensure its completeness
Manage employment administration, e. g. probation, contract renewal, pension, termination
Perform the role in formulating and updating company policies and regulation review
Suporting Legal matter in relation to employee relationship
Mange Expatriate HR matters such as establishment, renewal and exit permit
Mange proper arrival and departure of expatriates

Have an excellent attitude
Good knowledge in Labor Law (UUTK no. 13 2003)
Able to Lead the team towards better goal
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisor / Coordiantors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
